Our process
How Fence Installation Works
Before any digging we walk the fence line, measure, check slopes, go over materials, height and gates, and help with HOA paperwork or permits if needed. Then:
-
Step 1
Old fence out, materials in
We remove and haul away the old fence and stage the new posts, rails and panels on site.
-
Step 2
Posts set in concrete
Each post goes into its own concrete footing, set plumb and in line.
-
Step 3
Rails and panels
Bottom rails, panels and top rails slide into the posts and lock in place.
-
Step 4
Gates and finish
Gates are hung and adjusted to latch cleanly, then we clean up and walk the fence with you.
Fence Types We Install
Built for Santa Clarita Ground and Weather
Many Santa Clarita yards slope, and hillside lots in Saugus, Canyon Country and Stevenson Ranch often need stepped or racked fencing to follow the grade. Posts are set deep in concrete because Santa Ana winds put real load on a solid fence.
We choose materials and finishes that hold up to strong sun, and we talk through upkeep honestly, so you know what the fence will need in five or ten years.

What Affects the Cost of a New Fence
Fences are priced by the job after we walk the line. The main factors:
- Length and height of the fence run.
- Material. Chain link costs least, then wood, vinyl and aluminum, with iron and hardwood at the top.
- Gates. Each walk or drive gate adds hardware and posts.
- Ground. Slopes, rock and retaining walls change how posts are set.
- Removal of the old fence and haul-away.
